JobIntel is an AI-powered resume building and job search platform that provides users with tools to create professional resumes, cover letters, and access job opportunities. The service includes but is not limited to resume templates, AI-powered suggestions, job listings, and career resources.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
4. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Service. By submitting content, you grant JobIntel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity.

12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law
